Taking Stock

During this module, the key is to consolidate all the learnings from the other modules and get grounded on where we are currently.

Looking at our diet, exercise regime and a host of other areas allows us to see if there are any areas in our lives which require attention and maintenance. 

I recommend setting aside some ‘you time’ and going through this worksheet to see if you are focusing on vital areas and taking stock of your own position in your life.
