Comfort Zone Dwelling
Sometimes, its nice to feel at ease and in relative control of what is going on for us as we remain in our comfort zone.
Free of stress and anxiety, life seems pleasant in this state of relaxation and lack of challenge. Soon though, we become distracted and some changes are wanted.
This module is about the various zones we can inhabit and the challenges we can expose ourselves to in order to grow and change to a better state of being.
I recommend trying the Wheel Of Life Module before this module, as the exercises at the end are somewhat based on exercises in the previous module.
